We are using Premium Japanese Nori Seaweed of 柳川海苔本舗 Yanagawa Nori honpo which establised 1955 in Fukuoka.
Fukuoka is one of the most famous gourmet city along with Tokyo, Sapporo, Kyoto and Osaka.
And also Fukuoka city is facing the Ariake Sea, Japan's largest production area of seaweed.
We carefully choose their "premium sushi grade" Nori which gives the great flavor to our ricesando.

Meet Yamada Kazuki 山田一希, the man behind the famous rice bowl brand 天丼琥珀 Tendon Kohaku,
which garnered over hour-long queues in Singapore during its launch,
And a whole slew of specialty dining concepts with presence across Southeast Asia in Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore, and Taiwan.
Kings Know Inc. manages a diverse range of brands such as Sushi Izakaya かどはち, Kushikatsu 串だおれ and many other restaurants.
Now Founder Yamada is excited to bring "The new style of Japanese traditional fastfood Onigiri" to the people in Singapore!

The superwoman on the team, Serene Ang, started her foray into the competitive F&B industry in 2002, and has since established her empire of brands.
Serene currently oversees the popular Taiwanese street food kiosk, Snackz It! and well-known Ah Mah Homemade Cakes, now a common household name for their ever-popular castella cakes and Tokyo’s No.1 Mazesoba Specialist, Menya Kokoro with over 29 outlets worldwide and 3 outlets in Singapore alone; and Menya Kanae, an authentic Hokkaido Ramen restaurant.
